The Devil's Own Desperado - Lynda J. Cox **2.5**

It started off well, but became a little boring for me. I didn't feel much chemistry between Amy and Colt and thought the basis for Colt thinking they couldn't be together was weak. I understand that he had a past that he feared would catch up with him, but Amy's father was right there as an example of how escaping the life of a gunfighter was possible and I didn't understand why they didn't just follow it. It was so obvious and they could have saved themselves about 100 pages of heartache.
